Camilla Whishaw BHSc (Nat) Equine Naturopath, Nutritionist and Herbalist Optim Equine   Camilla Whishaw BHSc (Nat) is a highly respected and sought after equine health practitioner, based in Australia and consulting globally. She is an experienced equestrian and has an active lifelong involvement in the Thoroughbred breeding and racing industry. Camilla is passionate about solving challenging equine health conditions, through holistically evaluating horses and employing targeted dietary, nutraceutical, western herbal medicine and management practices. She specialises in all equine health conditions including fertility of both stallions and mares, immune and gastroinestinal health challenges, neurological cases and rehabilitation and soudness of both racehorses and performance horses. She brings credibility to the therapeutic benefit of appropriately employed nutraceuticals and herbal medicines and provides understanding on the place and role these have in veterinary medicine. Camilla regularly lectures and presents both within Australia and internationally on all things equine health, medicine and supplementation. She is passionate about teaching equine health professionals effective methods for incorparating an integrated medical approach in practice in order to address acute presenting complaints, whilst concurrently promoting effective long-term solutions and health.
